Species: Fancy Rat/dream apparition
Build: Petite, long torso + short legs, especially slender shoulders + wider hips
Occupation: Appearing in peoples' dreams, potentially existing, being an urban legend

Personality: Whimsical, airy, and delicate. Acts sweet, if a bit condescending. Usually sociable and affectionate, but usually keeps her distance emotionally. Lonely.

Other:
+Celesta is but a ghost drifting throughout the world of dreams---allegedly. Reports of seeing 'Celesta' while dreaming have occurred all over the world for hundreds of years. Whether or not she really exists is debatable, and most people side on the err of skepticism.

And yeah, a lot of things can very easily go wrong drawing anthro characters, it seems. And it does often. One wrong step and it's in the uncanny valley or the creeper zone.
